ABOUT US

The lives, careers, and family of Gwen and Jon have provided them with the passion and capability to bring about serious support for organisations and agencies operating in any context around providing services to First Nations peoples and communities.

Instead of trying to assist individuals in one-on-one settings, they realised greater impact and change could be brought about by providing organisations with the right education, insight and tools.

Addressing institutionalised, conscious/unconscious bias and racism, so the people working in these organisations can further develop their own understanding and then use practical solutions on a larger scale.

Just like our logo (a top down view of a Sturt's Desert Pea) we look at things from a unique perspective and believe it is time for a different approach.

What we do

Tjungu Services delivers cultural awareness training, but with a difference. centred around connectedness, Gwen and Jon created training packages as a way to educate organisations on how to have the best service delivery and program uptake.

Established in 2016, Tjungu Services enjoys working with those who are genuinely looking to create change.

We support your agency and/or organisation needs to connect with First Nations peoples, families, and communities.
