Creation and implementation of a Strategic Plan, Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) or facilitation of community and organisational engagement. Enable further pathways through training for organisations to achieve their RAPs.

FIRST
We use a technical approach to understanding the substance of the content, defining the problem, its causes and relevant data and information that guide the technical approach.

THEN
We then look at the adaptive approach which focuses on the relationships and context of the issue. We work with you to understand your needs and direction into the future. We work with the community to identify their priorities.

AFTER
We then work with you and your First Nations community to facilitate discussions to align, the Technical and Adaptive approaches to create change, and further develop your connectedness. Change doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a journey, a commitment to ongoing change through maintaining relationships
